Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across key industries
- Manage the full sales process, including tendering, contract negotiation, and closing deals
- Work closely with technical teams to present tailored engineering solutions
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Contribute to market research and business planning to support growth initiatives
- Proven experience in business development or sales within mechanical engineering, industrial fabrication, or heavy industry
- Strong industry network and ability to generate high-value leads
- Technical understanding of engineering solutions, fabrication, and industrial maintenance
- Experience in contract negotiation, tendering, and large-scale sales
- A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide to meet clients and develop business opportunities
