Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key industry players.
- Assess lending opportunities with sound judgment and risk awareness.
- Work independently, taking full responsibility for achieving targets.
- Proven experience as a BDM, broker, or sales professional in the finance industry.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A solid understanding of lending principles and investment structures.
