Our client is 100% New Zealand owned and operated, this team has grown over the 20+ years it's been in existence, and they pride themselves on being a financial services alternative to the big corporate banks.  To continue their growth they need another experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key industry players.
  • Assess lending opportunities with sound judgment and risk awareness.
  • Work independently, taking full responsibility for achieving targets.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a BDM, broker, or sales professional in the finance industry.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A solid understanding of lending principles and investment structures.
