Duties and responsibilities:
- Month-end processes – including journals, accruals, cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Financial reporting & analysis – setting up new reports to drive business insights
- Balance sheet reconciliations & P&L reviews
- General ledger reconciliations
- Managing AP/AR & Payroll Leading a small team (1 direct report)
- Process improvement – including implementing a new finance ERP system
