We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive technical excellence, mentor a growing team and jr team members, and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
• Develop, optimize, and implement sustainable, repeatable development patterns and best practices
• Work closely with architects to ensure smooth transitions from design to development
• Provide hands-on software development and technical leadership in ServiceNow
• Drive problem analysis and devise robust, scalable solutions
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and technical alignment
• Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve platform efficiency

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
• Prior experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, TNI and Order Management. 
• Expertise in platform architecture, integrations, and best practices
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and implement scalable solutions
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• ServiceNow certification(s) required
