The Role
In this dynamic position, you'll ensure the smooth transition of products from suppliers to warehouses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing frozen-chilled stock levels and replenishment
- Coordinating raw material transfers and domestic POs transport management
- Overseeing inventory reconciliation at local supplier locations
- Ensuring compliance with inwards process QCPs alongside Quality and 3PL teams
- Monitoring 3PL rework management and managing container turnaround
- Managing special requests, expedites, and indents
- Handling sales return orders and inventory management
- Conducting weekly 3PL standup discussions to address operational issues
- Sending PO/container documentation to 3PLs
- Proven experience in a fast paced supply chain environment ideally from within food, FMCG or a short shelf life product related industry
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
